WHO ARE WE? 

  “GF Powdercoating” is the company of the Liepāja Special Economic Zone that has been operating since 2018. We have a professional team of specialists, which allows us to adapt to the specifics of various orders.

WHAT ARE OUR ACTIVITIES?

We manufacture load-bearing metal structures for any kind of buildings - hangars, commercial buildings, residential buildings, basically, we make stairs, fences, gates, railings, building facades, various types of autonomous metal parts and constructions for machinery and equipment manufacturers.

 The company has all the necessary certificates to manufacture such structures, as well as a European quality certificate and CE mark. You will be provided with all the necessary documentation to put the structure into operation.

Metal structures are usually made according to a drawing submitted by the customer. Before production, we carefully verify the compliance of the submitted drawing with dimensions, connection points (knots) and the overall functionality of the structure. If we find deficiencies in the drawing, we inform the customer about them.

We also provide our recommendations on how to improve the functionality of the structure. Sometimes this allows to reduce the consumption of material and labour resources, thus reducing costs. If necessary, the specialists of LSEZ SIA “GF Powdercoating” can also develop drawings for the metal structures required by the customer.

WHY CHOOSE OUR COMPANY SERVICES?

We provide a full cycle.

We carry out a full cycle development of a drawing, manufacturing of structures, treatment of structures with sandblasting, as well as painting with powder paint. The entire production process takes place in one place - at the production unit of LSEZ SIA “GF Powdercoating”. It is convenient for the customer because there is no need to transfer metal products to other production units. We have a specific powder coating equipment, so we can paint very large (2.2 m high, 2.2 m wide, 10 m long) and heavy metal structures. Additional services, such as laser cutting, milling, turning provided by our cooperation partners, can also be performed.

Before we confirm the order, we agree on all the conditions of order fulfilment.

We use metal provided by a certified supplier.

In production, we only use the metal from a certified supplier. We have the opportunity (certificates) to use ferrous metal as well as non-ferrous metal - aluminium in production. We have cooperation with various suppliers, therefore we can provide the metal of the specification required for your order. We can also use the customer's metal.

We comply with the deadlines for order fulfillment.

We provide realistic deadlines in which we can fulfil the order, and strictly adhere to them.

We offer competitive pricing.

We delve into the situation of every customer and we are aware that metalworking requires large investments. Therefore, we always look for a compromise, offering the customer a mutually beneficial price and flexible payment terms. For example, the total price of the order can be divided into payments - according to the stages of production.

We perform quality control.

We ensure quality control during the production process. All welded products have a certificate confirming the quality control performed by the certified and supervised specialist of AS Inspecta Latvija. While the quality control of powder coating is carried out by a specialist with long-term experience in powder coating technologies. We send the ordered product only when we have made sure that it meets all the customer's quality requirements.

We provide delivery. 

We can deliver the product according to the customer's needs in any European country. If necessary, the order can be packed in special materials and transported in a particularly gentle way, and the customer can organize the logistics of the order himself.

HOW TO RECEIVE A PRICE QUATE? 

To receive a quote detailing the prices for our services, please send us a drawing with the specification and quantity of the required metal. If no drawing is available, please send descriptive information/image for the desired structures. We will send a price offer in the near future. The basis of any cooperation is successful communication.
